2. How do I know your website is safe?
Our website is verified by the internet verification website Verisign, used by all large corporations on the internet. This is shown by the green bar at the address bar of your browser when you enter your payment information. The Verisign certificate means that your information is only visible to us.
3. Is my personal information confidential?
All your information is stored in a secured server and will not be shared to any third parties prior to your permission.
4. Do I need to register to Stunnz?
Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process and makes future purchases easier. For example, your address will be saved in our system so that you do not have to enter it again next time you make a purchase from Stunnz.
You will not be getting promotional emails from us unless you tick the box saying you want to receive our Stunnz promotional email. You can also opt out of the mailing list after you have registered by going to "my details".
5. Will my personal details be passed onto other companies?
No, your details will not be passed on to other companies.
6. What should I do if I have forgotten my password or cannot login to Stunnz?
Click on the 'forgot your password?' in the sign in page and your password to be sent to your email address. If you are experiencing other problems with login, please contact our customer service through support@stunnz.com.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, we only accept Paypal as our payment method. Through Paypal, you can pay with Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo and Amex.
1. How do I order an item in the traditional catalogue-style shop?
Our catalogue platform is easy-to-use! You can view all items, shop by department or by brand. You can also sort all items by price, size or colour. By clicking on the picture, you will be brought to the fitting room where you can find more information on the selected item.
2. How about in the Magazine-style shop?
From the contents page, you can turn over, browse, and buy your perfect outfit. See something you like? Just move over to the red 'MORE' button to view information on the item and you can save the item in the basket for later viewing. You could then continue flicking through the magazine, add more items to your basket before you click on the "Proceed to Fitting room" icon to try them all one by one, just like you would in a real-life fitting room!
3. What is the Fitting Room?
The Fitting Room is where you can have a closer look at your items. You can view more pictures and videos of different models in it (yes! you could pick a brunette, blonde, or for some items, dark-skin model to wear the garment to suit your need!) straight away. You can also find more information of the item in the middle section, showing you product details, measurements of the garment and that of the model. In addition, you can also try:
- Zooming in on the picture by moving your cursor over the detailed picture. You can also click on the thumbnails on the side of the big picture to switch photos taken from different angle
- Viewing our catwalk video by clicking on the "videos" icon. On the catwalk window, you can tell the model to walk towards you, walk away or turn around
4. How do I make a purchase?
To purchase the item, choose your size and click 'Add to basket'. Click 'View basket' on the main tool bar to proceed to check out.
5. How do I search for the items I want?
Use our search function on the top right hand corner. Just type the key words of what you are looking for and it will return with a list of items that fit your description.
6. Can I add an item to my order after I have placed the order?
No, you will have to place a separate order for anything else you want to buy.
1. Where do you deliver to?
Our Delivery service is offered throughout the UK except Channel Islands. We also provide international delivery services to Hong Kong.
We will be expanding our delivery network to other European countries / Asian destinations in the short future.
2. Where are the goods delivered from?
All UK orders are delivered from our UK warehouse. Hong Kong deliveries are fulfilled by both our UK and Hong Kong warehouses depending on stock levels.
3. Do I pay delivery charge on each item?
Delivery is charged on the entire order, no matter how many items you buy. We do not charge for standard delivery to the UK. For all UK deliveries, next-day delivery is £4.50 for orders under £100 and free for orders over £100.
Express Hong Kong Delivery is available for our Hong Kong customers. For all orders under £100, delivery charge is £12.50, and for all orders over £100, delivery charge is £5.50.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will dispatch your item on the next working day for order made before 9pm GMT. Standard orders to the Mainland UK should arrive within 2-3 working days, Express delivery orders should arrive within 1-2 working days. Hong Kong deliveries should arrive within 2-3 working days.

6. What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
Please contact customer service through support@stunnz.com with details of problem you are having.
1. How do I refund/exchange an unwanted item?
We hope you are satisfied with our products. If, however, for any reason you wish to return your item(s), we will happily make a refund.
For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. However, if you require an exchange for a different size / colour, for technical reasons we ask that you request a refund and re-order through our website.
For a refund, please follow the procedures below:
1. Email us at returns@stunnz.com, quoting your order reference, product no. as well as reason for returning
2. Upon receiving confirmation from us, please fill out the return slip attached to the dispatch note you should have received when the original goods are sent to you.
3. Please re-package the item together with the return slip and send the parcel to the address on the return slip
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items marked with a "+" next to the product name cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty. Goods returned for refund or exchange must be received by us in re-saleable condition with original packaging and any tags attached, unless supplied faulty or damaged.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return.
We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please also obtain proof of postage from your post office.
2. What do I do if I have received an incorrect item in my order?
We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes.
Please contact our Customer Service Team (support@stunnz.com) straight away and we will arrange the correct goods to be send to you as quickly as possible.
3. What should I do if I have received a faulty item?
Please contact our Customer Service Team (support@stunnz.com) straight away and we will arrange refund as soon as possible. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
4. Will the cost of returning be reimbursed?
The cost of returning is your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or damaged in which case please retain a copy of the receipt of the postage cost you paid for and we will reimburse the postage subject to approval.
5. Have you received my returned goods?
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods as soon as we can to ensure you receive the refund at the earliest possibility.
So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the return has been allocated to your account.
